Mix the jar ingredients with eggs and a vegetable oil of your choice and let the mixed dough rest for 20 to 30 minutes. You can also freeze the dough and make as needed.

Roll or spread the dough onto a shallow baking pan - either lightly greased or lined with parchment paper. We prefer the paper but lightly greasing the pan will ensure they bake but don't burn. Score dough in 1/2 inch squares - or size for your dog. Bake in preheated oven at 365 degrees for 50 minutes. Turn off heat and let stand in cooling oven for another hour. As they cool they will separate making it easy for placing in a jar or bag for storage.

Once the biscuits cool, separate and place in a bag or jar. These will keep up to 2 weeks but should be frozen or refrigerated if kept longer. Yield: 6 / 7 dozen but depends on the size or shape of your final product.

My pit / lab mix Whiskers is so picky. I’ve tried almost all healthy and organic commercial treats and most of them she just turns her sweet nose up to. I made these, which was super easy too…. and she loves them! I’ve been making two batches at once so I will have these on hand for her “good girl” moments and training. So worth the price since those store-bought treats that are truly safe for my girl are more expensive and don’t provide this many…. thank you!

My elderly shepherd mix, Sadie loves these treats – since her teeth are not as good as when she was young, I don’t bake them till they are crunchy but take them out of the oven when they are still a little soft …. i store them in a jar in the fridge. She loves them so much that sometimes even when i’m not getting her a treat from the jar she still comes to look and see if maybe she might get a couple more :-) best part is i know what’s in em there is so much bad stuff being sold as healthy and reading the ingredients sometimes ya have to have a degree in chemistry to figure out what those chemicals are

I’m not a baker but I found these and tried them out – easy and my dachshund, “Doc” loves them so do his pals at the dog park – I can’t help sharing they all are so cute beggars I even made an extra batch and divided them up in glass jars and gave them to friends with pups for Christmas We try to eat healthy so I can make them with eggs i get from a local farmer and use a lighter oil like sunflower Good value too as they make several dozens and i can make them just the right size My girlfriend was impressed that i did this ‘all by myself’ so added bonus

I bought these for my mom for christmas. I’m in college and she is Mattie’s grandma and taking good care of her while i am away. We baked them on christmas day and so Mattie got her a present too. We’ve tried some recipes we found on the web and they were good too but having all the different ingredients in just the right mix is so easy. The jars are cool too since we can reuse much better than plastic … healthier too. Of course Mattie loves them too – great product best of luck to you we’ll be looking for more products to try this year too…..
